The rules for using GH Store and buying digital products from it.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password private. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is not allowed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency and recalculated on the server before an order is confirmed. The order amount is debited from your wallet balance.
Delivery
Products are digital and delivered to your in-game account or as a redeem code. You are responsible for the account ID and region you choose.
Refunds
A digital product cannot be refunded once successfully delivered. If fulfilment fails, the amount is returned to your wallet.
Prohibited use
Using the store for unlawful activity, fraud, or exploiting pricing errors is prohibited, and we may suspend an account on reasonable suspicion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and an update applies from the date it is published on this page.
