Data we collect
We collect basic account data such as your email, order data such as your in-game account ID and region, and your wallet transaction history. We do not store your bank card details.
Why we collect it
We use this data to fulfil your orders, issue your invoices, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
Sharing
We share the minimum order data with the fulfilment supplier and payment provider needed to complete the transaction. We never sell your data.
Retention
Order, wallet, and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and dispute resolution require. That financial history is append-only and is not deleted — erasing it would also destroy the proof of your own transactions.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or have it corrected at any time. When you ask us to close your account we remove your personal details — name, email, and in-game account data — and keep the financial record without identity, for accounting reasons. Contact support to arrange it.
